A challenge to landscape architecture is bringing nature at its best to a modern setting. With its location a short distance from the sea, it is a blessing to simulate the seaside setting in the midst of the contemporary residential development.

Mindful of the architect’s vision, the seaside setting has all the key elements tuned to the architectural language which is an elegant modern linear design. Through colours, texture and application of “tamed” seaside elements such as boulders, water spouts, sculptures and palm trees people are drawn from urban to suburban home feel.
